This is a five piece band that plays the blues, smooth jazz, funk & soul music. We will perform for concerts, fairs, clubs, weddings, and corporate gigs. The band is lead by the smooth and silky voice of: Bishop Mayfield and the awesome guitarist Dave Storie. Mr. magic Dean Angermeier 0n keys, holding down the groove is Mr. David Towe. His partner in crime the very "Solid" as a rock Michael-Scott Bowman on bass. Bishop Mayfield, Was born in N.Y.C and has been singing since the age of 5. He has been a fixture up and down California & Canada since 1966. He has toured or jammed with such greats as Albert Collins, B.B. King, Al Wilson, Martha Reeves & The Vandella's, Tower Of Power, Jr. Walker & The All-Stars, Charlie Musslewhite, Ike & Tina Turner, John Lee Hooker, Big Brother & the Holding Company, Jose Feliciano, James Brown, Robert Cray, Graham Central Station, Bo Diddley , Etta James, Neal Schon, Sonny Terry & Brownie Magee, The Neville Brothers, Buddy Guy & Junior Wells, Norton Buffalo, Steel Pulse, Pato Banton, Burning Spear, & many, many more. He has performed at many noteworthy venues over the years in California, Oregon and around the country as well as Canada.
